What data we process
When you use the contact form on our website, we receive the email address, phone number (if provided) and message text you enter. We do not collect any other personal data — the website does not use cookies or visitor-tracking tools.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to reply to your message and to communicate with you about your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has voluntarily contacted us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
Your message is not stored on our server or in a database — it is forwarded directly to our staff's email inbox. From that point it is subject to our email provider's (Microsoft 365) standard retention, the same as any other email we receive.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only data processor involved is our email service provider (Microsoft 365), which delivers the message.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at info@rpinfra.lv. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
